Due to the pandemic, most staff members are working from home and the firm has installed a plexiglass barrier at its front desk to protect its receptionist. If clients must meet in person, the firm has limits to the number of individuals who can be in its conference rooms based on the size of the room. Employees are using Microsoft Teams and Zoom for meetings with clients and weekly education presentations are being held virtually. Working from home flexibility and electronic client signatures will continue post-Covid.
