Pell Wealth Partners recognizes the importance of family, so besides a flexible work schedule and telecommuting option, it gives its employees who have children, the day off for every first day of school – from elementary school to college. Pell also recognizes loyalty by giving its employees an anniversary gift card of $100 for every year employed at the company ($500 for an employee’s fifth year), and a car lease on their 10th-year anniversary.
