Employees are honored in the firm’s newsletter, The Bottom Line, and receive monetary gifts from the firm’s founder and CEO each year. Team members can participate in Carson Days and use those days for personal development, team building or attending events together. The staff can also participate in Bring Your Dog to Work Day. Employees enjoy Cocktails & Questions happy hours with the executive team and Halloween, Valentine’s Day and holiday parties with their family.

To stay healthy, colleagues participate in various fitness challenges that include Team 5Ks — using mobile app Strava while working from home — Ironman and company-sponsored Spartan races.

In response to the pandemic, Carson Wealth redesigned its remote work policy and procedures. It also maintains a flexible workspace, allowing stakeholders to work from home, in the office or a combination of both. The firm holds virtual happy hours, workouts and meditation sessions.
