The firm has an employee lounge with games including a shuffleboard, a TV, couches and a fully stocked refrigerator so employees can relax and refresh themselves during or after work hours. The firm hosts monthly happy hours and summer and holiday parties, and brings in a masseuse quarterly.

During the pandemic, the firm implemented a work-from-home mandate for all employees that will last at least until March. For employees who need to use the office, it purchased temperature screening kiosks and requires masks and sanitizing procedures.
