The Colony Group shows its appreciation for employees by presenting the Above and Beyond award. For this award, colleagues submit nominations and the leadership team selects a winner. The firm also celebrates milestone anniversaries. Employees enjoy a day off on their birthdays and can participate in walk and talks, a 30-to-45-minute walk with other employees during which they talk about topics other than work. The company offers a book club that staff can participate in.

Due to the pandemic, the firm has implemented a hybrid working environment, with workers spending two or three days in the office and working remotely the other days.
