Captrust recognizes its employees with its annual Brick Awards, in which colleagues award teammates who represent the core values of the firm. In addition, the CEO honors three people at the company with quarterly excellence awards. A group called the Captrust Way allows employees to provide support to colleagues to help them understand the Captrust culture. The firm also has a band called The Rollovers that plays at company functions and consists of a rotating list of Captrust employees. Staff receive 16 hours of paid volunteer time a year.

During the pandemic, parents and caregivers have the opportunity to use $50 of their 2020 reimbursement for programs geared toward navigating the virtual learning environment.
